Your orders are delivered by truck. The driver has the obligation to contact you before delivery to ensure your presence on site. If you are not available on D-Day, you can schedule a new delivery date at no additional cost. You can also choose to deliver your goods to an address different from the billing address. Just add a second address to your I’M.SOLARⓇ account.

No borders with I'M.SOLARⓇ, get delivered anywhere in Europe. With I’M.SOLARⓇ, even in the DOM/TOM we deliver to you. You follow the transport of your equipment as soon as it is dispatched thanks to a tracking number.

I’M.SOLARⓇ is transparency above all and 0 surprise insurance. You are informed from our product sheets of our shipping times. Depending on the carrier, delivery will take place between 2 and 5 days after shipment.
