What types of payment are accepted on I'M Solar?

Several types of payment are accepted on I'M Solar.

You can pay for your order by bank transfer, credit card (VISA/ MASTERCARD), SOFORTBANKING, Bancontact (Belgium), iDeal (Netherlands). You will find all these methods of payment when you confirm your order, at the "choose your method of payment" stage.

Why do I have to use 3D Secure to pay by credit card?

To protect our customers from fraud, we have put in place several security measures, including VISA and MASTERCARD 3D Secure. When you place an order with I'M.SOLARⓇ, we make sure that you are the cardholder. When you pay, you will receive a confirmation code by text message. This code is sent by the cardholder's bank.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

In your shopping basket, select "Bank transfer" as the payment method. You will then receive our bank details and order confirmation by e-mail. You will need to make an account-to-account transfer from your bank.

We have no way of knowing your bank details. This is one of the most secure methods of payment. Your order will be validated on receipt of your transfer to our account.
