How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email. Every time there is a change in the status of your order, you will receive an email and/or an SMS notification. You can also track the status of your order from your customer account in the Order History section.
Our logistics team will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Why is my order shipped in multiple packages?
In the case of an order with multiple products that have different shipping times, our logistics team will divide your order into multiple packages.
What are the delivery fees?
At I'M Solar, delivery is free throughout Europe, except for Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
If you want delivery to Switzerland or the United Kingdom, we invite you to request a separate quote from our sales department after creating a quote in your dedicated account space.
After shipment, how long does it take for the package to be delivered?
If your order consists of a single package weighing less than 30 kg, you will be delivered within 2 to 3 days after the shipment of your order.
For pallet delivery weighing over 30 kg, the delivery will take 3 to 5 days after shipment.
What is the difference between shipping time and delivery time?
The shipping time starts from the order validation and corresponds to the duration of processing and preparing your products. Usually, our shipping time for an in-stock product is 1 to 2 days.
The validation of your order will be notified to you via email/SMS.
The delivery time starts from the handover of your package to the delivery provider.
It corresponds to the time required by the provider to deliver your package to the specified delivery address when you placed your order.
The shipment of your order will be notified to you via email/SMS.
In summary:
Delivery date = Shipment date + Carrier's delivery time.
