1. What happens once I have placed my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive your order confirmation by email. Each time there is a change in the status of your order, you will receive an email and/or a text message. You can also track the status of your order from your customer account -> Order history.

We commit to dispatch within 5 to 7 days maximum. Our logistics will send you your tracking number at that time. Generally, we are faster.

2. How do I place my order?

1/ Use our online simulator to determine the equipment you need for your installation. Add the products you want to your basket. When you are logged in, the transport costs are automatically calculated based on your address. Transport costs are displayed directly in your basket.

2/ Check your delivery address and choose the cheapest carrier.

3/ Select a payment method and pay for your order online. You will instantly receive an order confirmation by email.  If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.

4/ As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS confirmation.

5/ The day before delivery, the carrier will make an appointment with you to ensure that you will be there for the delivery.

6/ On delivery, check the goods in the presence of the carrier before signing the delivery note.

7/ Evaluate your product and our services directly in our shop.

3. I'd like a delivery to Switzerland or the UK, is that possible?

Delivery is free throughout Europe, with the exception of Switzerland and the United Kingdom, where we unfortunately do not yet have a transport solution.

If you would like delivery to Switzerland or the UK, please request a quote from our sales department after creating your quote in your dedicated area.

4. Can you provide a quote?

Yes, but you will first need to create an account on our website. In addition, all prices are available directly online.

I'M Solar has a simulator that allows you to calculate your solar kit according to the available size of your roof or ground. Have you tried it yet? It will give you a better understanding of the choice of components and makes assembly much easier.

5. How do I pay ex VAT?

To benefit from payment exclusive of VAT, you must have a company outside Luxembourg with a valid VAT number.  You must fill in these fields directly in the "address" section of your account or when you create your account.

When you are logged in, with a valid company name and VAT number, the shop automatically displays the amount excluding VAT for the products. The VAT will be 0%.

All you have to do is place your order.

ATTENTION, as a professional, you must declare this import to customs (monthly, quarterly or annually = defined by your accountant). I'M Solar will declare the export. If customs do not receive the import and export declaration, you risk administrative penalties for VAT fraud.
