FAQ : My Customer Account
1. How do I find my current quotes?
Log in to your account from the MY ACCOUNT tab in the top right-hand corner of the site. Enter your email address and password. Once you have logged in, the word "connection" becomes "my account". Then click on "view my account" and "my quotes".
This will take you to the list of your quotes, which you can then transform into an order.
2. What is the purpose of your customer account?
Your customer account is essential because it allows you to track the history of your orders with I'M SOLAR, talk to customer service, keep track of your quotes and change your delivery and invoicing addresses.
The information you enter is secure and only you can change it. All our contacts and exchanges are made on this basis. This is why it is important to keep it up to date.
3. I'm a professional, how do I create a pro account?
Creating a pro account on I'M SOLAR is quick and easy. Click on the Partner tab at the top of the page. Then click on "Discover our offers". You will then be directed to the account creation page.
You will need to enter your company name and VAT number. Once your account has been created and validated MANUALLY by our customer service department, you will then be able to benefit from all the I'M Solar advantages, including pro connection prices, VAT exemption and free delivery.
4. How do I know if my pro account is open?
Professional accounts are validated manually by our customer service department. Once your company's intra-community VAT number has been verified, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been opened.
5. I'm an individual, how do I create an account?
Creating an account on I'M SOLAR is quick and easy.
Click on the Partner tab at the top of the page. Then click on "create an individual account". You will then be directed to the account creation page.
6. How do I change my postal address?
Log in to your account by clicking on the My Account logo at the top right. Enter your email address and password. You are now logged in.
Click on "my account" and "address". Click on "update". Change your address and click "save".
Tip: Don't forget to name your addresses so that you can find them more easily.
7. How do I download my invoices?
You can download your invoice directly from your account. To do this, log on to I'M SOLAR by clicking on the my account logo in the top right-hand corner. Enter your email address and password. You are now connected.
Click on "my account" then "order history". In the table, click in the "invoice" column and your PDF invoice will automatically download to your computer.
8. Do I have to create an account to get a quote?
To calculate your quote and transport costs, I'M Solar needs your address. Of course, there is no obligation to create an account.
9. How do I add a billing and delivery address?
Log in to your account by clicking on the My Account logo in the top right-hand corner. Enter your email address and password. You are now logged in.
Click on "my account" and "address". Then click on "add an address". Fill in the mandatory fields on the form and then confirm. Give a name to each of the addresses you have created so that you can find them more easily when you place your order.
10. I've forgotten my password
Click on the my account logo in the top right-hand corner. Then click on "forgot password" and enter your email address.
1/ You will then receive a confirmation email to reset your password.
2/ Click on the link in the email.
3/ Once the password has been reset, you will receive a second email with your new password.
You can now log in with your email address and your new password.
11. How do I contact customer service?
Contacting customer service couldn't be easier. Click on the CONTACT button at the bottom of the site. You can reach our customer service team by email or telephone.
We aim to respond within 30 minutes on working days.
